Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to the questions we get asked most about our services, memberships, and bundles.

  • A paint decontamination is a deep cleaning process that removes bonded contaminants from the surface of your vehicle’s clear coat. These contaminants include iron particles, road salt, tree sap, tar, industrial fallout, and mineral deposits. Regular washing cannot remove these particles because they become embedded in the paint over time.

A proper decontamination treatment leaves the paint smooth, clean, and ready for protection. This service is especially important in Ontario, where road salt, winter conditions, and seasonal pollution can quickly build up on your vehicle. Paint decontamination helps prevent long-term damage and prepares the surface for wax or sealant.

  • A paint correction is a professional machine polishing process that removes imperfections from your vehicle’s clear coat, such as swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and water spots. By safely refining the clear coat, paint correction restores depth, clarity, and gloss, making the paint look newer and more reflective.

This service is especially valuable for vehicles exposed to automatic car washes, harsh winters, road salt, and strong sunlight, which are common conditions in Ontario. Paint correction improves your vehicle’s appearance and helps maintain long-term value.

  • Wax or sealant protection is a treatment applied to your vehicle’s paint after it has been cleaned and decontaminated. This protective layer creates a barrier that helps shield the paint from UV rays, dirt, road salt, and everyday wear. It also enhances the appearance of the vehicle by adding shine and improving water beading.

Regular waxing or sealant application keeps your paint healthier for a longer period and makes maintenance easier throughout the year. This is especially beneficial in Ontario, where vehicles face harsh winter conditions and strong seasonal changes.

  • Our detailing packages clearly outline the services included at each level, starting with Silver, progressing to Gold, and offering our most comprehensive care in the Platinum package. The Platinum Membership is a weekly maintenance program designed to keep your vehicle consistently clean throughout the season. It begins with a full Gold-level reset, followed by scheduled weekly maintenance details.

For clients looking for consistent care without weekly visits, our Bundles provide a 4-visit plan in either Silver or Gold. Bundling offers added value and savings compared to booking individual services.
